A cable was received but it did not have a lightning connector. MiniInTheBox issued a refund but cannot rate a product highly when it did not match it's description.
I received a request from MiniInTheBox Customer Service to edit my review, asking me to change my rating of 1 star. I've included it verbatim below. Let me be totally clear that I did receive a refund for the price I paid. However, the fact that I did received a product not as described and therefore had to go to the trouble of requesting a refund on this order means that I feel I did not have a good experience here. I do not consider it a fair review process at all to request users change their reviews unless there is something fundamentally incorrect with what they have written. The above review is a true reflection of the facts in this case.
