I ordered this item recently (as a part of my first order from MITB) and there was a minor issue with the product/ shipping; resulting in me receiving a faulty product after shipping. I contacted customer support and within a day I got a very friendly and kind reply offering me multiple options to solve the issue.

This was done in such a friendly, honest and professional way! I am very much impressed and very pleased! I hope posting my experiences here will make other new customers feel more secure while placing their first orders.

Bought two of these, although they do not hold 100's they hold regular and kings.
Slapped an Alabama University sticker on these and sold them for 18 dollar each and have request for more. great looking and working, You just need to fill the lighters a litttle more
