As in other reviews, package did take a long time to arrive (a total of 17 days from ordering) but as I was not in any hurry and p&p was free, this was not an issue.
Online communication re order progress was very good. I was kept fully in the picture at all times. The product arrived well packed and in good condition.
The charging base unit looks just great, the blue and red lighting being so very effective and worked without any problems first time (thanks to other reviews I was already aware of the small on/off switch on the back and that you have to remove the rubber cases from the hansets to charge.
All in all excellent value for the money

Beautiful design and maximum utility.
Buy it and you will not have problems charging the batteries.
