If there are 2 items with this: "Will be shipped in 24 hrs" If I put them in cart, these 2 items will be delivered in 24 hrs or how much, because it says after the: "Payment" Will be delivered in 10-20 business days. So which one is real ?

The products marked with "ship in 24 hours" means the product will be get ready to ship in 24 hours.
And the shipping time of the products last 10~20 business days.
