I purchased 2 of the Large-Capacity Functional Storage Bags. I use one for my purse and the other for my ever-present tote bag. It is so convenient to lift the Bag out and transfer all my purse necessities to another. I know where every thing is, no matter which purse I'm using. The organizer is even deep enough to carry my Kindle, safely zipped in place and protected.
I almost always have a tote bag along with me. The storage bag keeps things organized and I can find any necessities without having to plow through and dismantle all the contents of my tote.

I bought 2 of them. Gave one to mom to keep her cosmetics. Mine I use to keep my eletronics; iPod, external harddrives, pendrives, etc.

I would not use it as a tool box, though.
