1.Please click my orders after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help with.
2. Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "ask about customs duties" with a yellow "?" mark just above a green bar.
3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
You will get a ticket ID later for you to track in My Tickets in your account. Our customer service will and must look into your case and reply you within 1 working day.
When they reply your ticket, you will be sent an email to inform you checking the reply in your account. Please check your email box then.

funcionan pero la otra llego vacia. Mi pregunta es, para cargar se hace con las baterias dentro del mando o fuera? como se cuando esta cargando? Al enchufar la estacion al puerto de usb de la wii con esta encendida se encienden las luces pero no me cambian de color nunca. Alguien que sepa usar me puede decir? un saludo
