Te deseo más suerte de la que tuve yo: de 5 relojes que pedí, 2 me vienen estropeados y nadie me ofrece ninguna solución. Cuando intento ponerme en contacto con ellos, me remiten a la página con toda la información, pero no solucionan mi problema. Ahhhh, y además, cuando me vino el transportista de UPS con el pedido, me encontré con la "agradable sorpresa" de que tenía que pagar 25 € más de lo que ya había pagado, en concepto de "ADUANAS". Esa cantidad supone un 61 % más sobre el pedido ¡de vergüenza!!! Yo me había informado sobre los aranceles y creo que en España corresponde pagar un 4.5 % y no un 61 % ¿y qué se puede hacer? Habría que ponerles una denuncia
