How do I contact Customer Service about my order?



Customer Service Support

My Orders is MiniInTheBox.com’s convenient process for us to communicate with you about each order placed.

Once you’re logged in, the Order Details page is your platform for contacting Customer Service via the help links found throughout the page. Please, read on to learn how:



Step 1

Sign in to My Orders and find the order number you need to contact us about.

Open the Order Details page by clicking on either the Order Number or View Details.



 

Change Shipping Address

If you decide you would like to send your item to a different address or you have entered it incorrectly, you can use this help link to request a change of shipping address up until the order ships.

Resolve a Payment Issue

If you’ve paid for an item but haven’t received confirmation or have any other issue with a payment, please use this help link to contact Customer Service.

Check Your Order Progress

If there is a delay in shipping your package and wasn't sent out by the estimated shipping date, this help link lets you contact us to find out more about the status of your order; for example, when the item will be shipped.

Package Not Received

This help link will appear if the package has not been received. It lets you to contact Customer Service and ask for any updates on where your package is and when you can expect to receive it. You can submit the question on both the Order List Page and the Order Details Page.

Custom Duty Issue

If you have concerns regarding customs duties or other related issues, Custom Duty Issue link will appear after you’ve paid for your item but before it has shipped. You can submit the question on either the Order List Page or the Order Detail Page.

Return & Replace

In case you need to return an item for any reason, the Return & Replace link allows you to request a return. The link will appear on your Order Details page once the item has shipped.

If you must cancel an order for any reason, the Cancel this Order link will show at the bottom of the Order Details page any time before your order is shipped.
