Difference with other similar model

What's the difference with the model below? They share the same name but the only difference I can see is the price and the amount of modes. (3 vs 5).

The difference on this two items are only in mode and price.
For the mode, three modes mean you can adjust it in three status, and the other one can be used in five status.
However, since the purchase quantities and supplier are different, so the pricing is different.
