  • Como proceder após meu item não ser entregue?

    Fiz um pedido e está como "enviado" na página de detalhes, o prazo era de 10-20 dias, pois bem, o produto foi enviado dia 26/11/2013 e até hoje, 11/01/2014 o mesmo não foi entregue. Como proceder?
