I need to know if there was some error and you did not receive payment for this order.
We have received the product and I pay through Pay Pal but I see no charge for this item from paypal or your company for this item and it should have gone through shortly afte the order. Would you please check to make sure you did receive payment, I need to know whether Paypal is owed the money or you are. We have received the product and I want to make sure that it has been paid for and that some error has not happened.

how do you track your package? my order was shipped on dec 14th and it is jan 3rd and i still have

For order tracking, please log in to “My Orders” to see if there are track numbers, or you can click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs. A customer service representative will respond to you within one working day.
how do u cancel and iteam do they give u the moneyback right away or no

If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We never begin processing an order until we receive a payment from the customer, so you can easily cancel the order yourself through My Orders at any time.
If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Please log in to "My Orders" and click on the order you need help with, then scroll down to find the link to “cancel this order” and submit your cancellation request.
