It fits my D90 well and looks dependable to be used on wet environment. It needs to improve the design though as it only looks like a plastic bag and more improvement in the area of the controls too. But overall, this is a great protection for a valuable equipment. Haven't tried submerging it on a water though...

  • Hi,
Can you easily turn the lens to zoom?
Also what would be the exact length between th back of the bag and the front if the lens as it seems so short. I would like to use a canon 18-135mm lens in it.
Looks a great oroduct for using it on the beach!!

  • Hi David, with my 18-55mm Nikon there's no problem at all but when I tested it with 55-200, it is impossible. It is just too tight to rotate the zoom, but if you move half of the lens inside the bag and rotate it, it is possible but doing that underwater can be very troublesome. With Canon lenses I don't know but maybe with lenses smaller than 52mm diameter, it can be managed.

  • Hi Jonathan, Thx for replying. My idea is not using the bag for underwater. Just for when I am on the beach I can stand in the water, taking pictures of my kids, without worrying the splashes.of other kids.
Could you do me a favour and give me the dimensions of the inside of the bag, or the maximum length the lense can be.
So if you tried your 55-200 is is tight, then a 18-135 could maybe enter, but it would be just
Of course, I also can mounth my old 28-55mm lens of my old Reflex camara of Canon on this digital one.

And already tried "under water"??? :-) I wouldn´t dare to do so. Imagine a little hole and there goes your 1000€ camara.

    Thx again Jonathan!

Have not put to test but the camera bag seems sturdy, proactive enough for use in water/rain.

Excellent idea for any photo enthusiast that doesn't want to destroy a 1000$ camera!

May not fit all telephoto lenses as lens depth is about 3 inches. There is some play in the bag to allow longer lens so long as camera isn't greater than about 3 inches deep.

You will need to rely on auto focus or buttons when your camera is in this thing as it is heavy plastic you will have a very hard time manually rotating anything. It does appear to be very ruggedly designed with a double seal and thick seams.

Still have to test it but for a simple cover for rainy, natural and swimmingpool photos looks great. The seal seems resistant.
