      Waardeloos dat je nergens op de invoer kosten wordt gewezen.
      pas bij aankomst pakket blijkt er 20,35 bij te komen (bij een bestelling van 42 euro).
      Waardeloze klachten afhandeling. De termijn waarop men antwoord geeft blijkt zo lang, dat de voorgestelde oplossingen niet meer beschikbaar zijn (pakketje reeds retour gestuurd maar volgens hun vernietigd).
