How many days after I receive the parcel I can exchange a defective product?
I bought 2 External Rechargeable Batteries(white+black)the white one came out really good and I'm very pleased,but the black one was defective,the on/off button was broken and it couldn't charge it at all.
This one was for a gift so it wasn't opened the same day that was received and I cannot find anywhere information about the time that I have to send it back for replacement..
