Truly useful. Good item in case you are going to america for a few weeks and need a compatible charger.

Where is the order and why is it taking so long?

Sorry for the trouble caused. In your case, you need contact our after sale dept.
Here are the steps:1.Please click my orders after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help with
2. Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "ask about customs duties" with a yellow "?" mark just above the green bar.
3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
You will get a ticket ID later for you to track in My Tickets in your account. Our customer service will and must look into your case and reply you within 1 working day.
