Pros:
Excellent suction cup.

Cons:
The connection from the arm to the mounting portion does not have enough tension to keep the mount from swiveling. If you are particular about your GPS/Phone remaining in a level position, then avoid this mount. This does not mean it is horrible. It just means that the mount will rotate a few degrees (based on the way the phone is balanced in the mount).
Well, like the title states, it's universal.
I have an Evo 4G and nothing on the market yet fits this phone exactly. Once something hits that market that is made for my phone, then I will purchase that.
