The pouch doesn't lock in the support: the tabs are too thick, so the two parts can be joined but they don't lock, no matter how hard you slide one across the other. I had to file the excess material to allow them locking.
The zip is hard to operate, and gets blocked often. The zip slider handles look very weak, and I'm afraid they'll break everytime I slide.
On the bar clamp there is not an actual hinge, just two parts interlocked; not easy if you want to install & remove the holder often.
Once the holder is locked in an orientation, to change the orientation (e.g., to adapt to different sun heights) you need to remove the pounch to access the wheel that locks the holder; not very practical.
There is a safety ring in the pouch back, but no lanyard to secure it.
On the good side, the plastic window allow operating touch (conductive, multitouch) screens. And the zip goes (almost) all around with two sliders, that gives freedom to route the power/audio cable.
Still have to test it under the rain, but by the look of the zip and the seams, I guess it is just weatherproof, not truly waterproof.
For the price, it is an just OK product, if you are serious about protecting your device under real rain, go with a brand product (GIVI or similar).
