It works okay. Not a massager more like electric stimulation. I haven’t used long enough to know if it will improve my sore neck but I use it every day. It stays on good so I can do other things while I’m receiving the treatment and it goes off when done. Everything arrived in good condition. I am impressed how nice it looks. It works okay.
