Item exactly as pictured and described - solid, heavy brass components, looks to be great quality for the price. Well packaged and appears complete in the box. Have not installed it yet. Only concern was the instruction booklet in the box is tiny and had very basic installation diagrams for a number of different taps and other plumbing products in it, but did not contain a page that was specific to this particular shower system. Piece came in very quickly and in good shape. Install was easy because it was replacing an older system that was already in place.
