I bought an 15 light unit for a typical sized family room. It\s absolutely gorgeous! Has stepless dimming from remote control. Installation takes some careful planning and thinking. You need to make sure the location of the four connecting screws to the bracket are adjusted to fit the light back panel exactly before you raise it to the ceiling. You also might consider using longer connecting wires to connect the light to your ceiling power, because then you can have more room to work with the installation, otherwise the ceiling power line may be too short to reach the light, and you will install in an awkward position. Also, make sure the bracket has a few nails going the ceiling wood joist. Use drywall anker for ones that can\t reach the wood. The light is not too heavy, should be secure.

Plan out all the installation steps carefully, think it through, before you try to raise it to the ceiling. It\s absolutely worth the effort. This is the most beautiful light EVER. I hired someone to install it, and it took a couple of hours. It was definitely a 2 person job. There weren\t any instructions, but it was pretty easy to figure out. I\m super glad the light is dimmable because it is BRIGHT. Everyone that comes over comments on how gorgeous the light is.
