Looks like in picture, there was an issue with the increase intensity button at first, it was impossible to press, so I was about to complain and ask for a functional one, but somehow it sorted itself and Im able to use it. Its amazing massage with the heat honestly, gets a bit too hot towards the end of the time but bearable. Dunno if it helps in weight loss haha I only use it a few times in the week. Only time can tell but its great for neck massage but I saw a similar product which has additional for the schouders, that might be an even better buy. Enjoying purchase thus far. I recommend it.
