Graphics not as bright as pictured but good quality and detail. Delivered on time. Packaged in Styrofoam inside a cardboard box. The cardboard was broken but the styrofoam was not and mug was not damaged. Graphics not as bright as pictured but good quality and detail. Delivered on time.
