These are really cool solar lights. I checked the 4 i ordered and all are working. I love that they have a seperate button to control the type of lighting effect as my husband can not look at flashing lights for long periods of time due to his epilepsy. These will be a great additive to our solar garden or attached to our balcony with our other solar lights we have there.
