Much better then a finger stick. Good looking watch with a lot of functions and features. Very nice to your steps. This smartwatch uses the h band app and I have noticed that each smartwatch that uses this app tailors the app to the smartwatch functions. Keep in mind this is a wristwatch not a doctor, so dont take the readings as fully accurate, especially the blood glucose! The technology for things like that are not there yet, but its nice to see that they are working on it, so really, keep checking your stats the way your doctor recommends.

So far this is within 15 pts range of my Freestyle L3 @ 105, Freestyle Neo Precision blood draw @ 113! I can live with that.. only worn for 1 day but seems as accurate as my Libre 3 & blood draw. If it continues at this rate I will be able to stop paying $75 per every 28 days for the L3 patch as it is marking my arms up horribly and I need to give my arms a break!!!
