Pleasantly surprised. I thought could this inexpensive little neck thing really work??? So I bought it and when I got it the paper said to fully charge it before use. To my amazement it was already fully charged. I put it on and started pushing the up button slowly. At first, I felt nothing. But then it started feeling warm and a little buzz intermittently. The higher I went the better it got. I have used it a couple of times a day since receiving it. Highly recommend. Pleasantly surprised. OK. I love this thing. I am not sure if it is actually doing what it claims to do (lymphatic drainage and weight loss) but I love how it feels. I have been in several car accidents where I was hit from behind and side swiped, so my neck and back are not my bodys favorites. Also, I am a voiceover artist so I spend long days in the chair in my recording studio or at my desk editing. I slapped this thing on and turned it on - right out of the box - no need for charging first - and I didnt really feel anything. So, I jacked up the power. When I was able to reach the button to shut it off and remove the thing, I was astounded at the power. It literally made every muscle in my neck contract - I felt like a marionette at the end of the guide wire. So, that is rule number one - Read the directions. The day after, I felt like my neck muscles had taken off and stayed at the gym bench pressing a thousand pounds the day before. So, rule number two - start with the lowest power you can and work your way up.
Needless to say, for the $7 and whatever cents I paid for this little gem from heaven, its worth it. I even bought my 85 year old day one. He is having loads of trouble with his neck, too. Hm..I hope he read the manual!!
One point to notice, the charging cable it came with made me feel like the thickest human on Earth. I just could not get the plug the port on the device. I happened to have a cable from my rechargeable LED kitchen lights and it worked perfectly.
