Product is great, fits nicely. It doesnt really insulate sound but you can make a cut above the ear flap and put a couple of layers of bubble wrap inside to improve the sound insulation. I did this and its still convenient. Then in combination with ear plugs and ear silicone plugs, this combo provides awesome sound insulation and is still totally convenient to sleep in.
