I do love this massager. However read the directions and follow them. If you have any health issues such as heart arrhythmia, seizures, etc, check with your doctor. Show him the product. Thats my opinion. Dont overuse in one day. I do use mine twice a day and I love it. Ive found my level of power. When I first tried it, I set the power too high, for me anyway, and my left arm kept flying up and out with each jolt. So find which setting is best for you.
