They work great for spraying a fine mist of Balsamic Vinegar on to salids and such. They will spray a fine mist of oil, but the bottle, without the top, needs to be put in a microwave for 30 seconds on LOW temperature. Repeat heating the oil as needed, but do not get it too hot or it will MELT parts of the sprayer. They look good and work great. I suspect that they will make good Christmas gifts as well.
