You need to buy a charger separately. And the sticky side doesn’t stick well I believe they are super nice it you put clear Tape. Overall a really great thing to have. My only concern was I bought four and was only able to sync 3 but I was able to use all. The adapter I used was the 12V 5A Power Adapter AC 100-220V to DC 60W Power Supply US Plug Switching PC Power Cord for LCD Monitor LED Strip Light . They work fine. These lights are so good there r really bright and, the remote has so many different colors and setting which are great for different looks. Super easy to install make sure u buy the power box as well. Ordered some pairs for my bro and myself, had to order again, our rooms needed 3 light strips each, do your proper measurements. Expected delay because of current pandemic waited 3 wks, but worth the wait. It also comes with small piece of paper instructions for remote, its all there read it! For each side of room, Connect each light strip to the white adapter, rather than connecting one strip to another. One downside...the further lights are from power source, it becomes dimmer. The lights are pretty bright but if you set it up around your whole room, connect them to the two plug ins on the white adapter and not just all on one. The lights will be dimmer the farther around. Also the lights aren’t all solid colors and they are just different colors that make up a shade of that color. The picture shows that it is dimmer than where I’m the lights started. Came about 3 days late but definitely worth the wait. They do not however come with the adapter but not that big of a deal. It connect to each other while only using one adapter which is nice.
