These are great for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I have 5, I had 6 until my Granddaughter knocked one off the counter. It broke at the neck. Im keeping the vinegar in the refrigerator and the olive oil in the cupboard. If you want the olive oil to spray a mist, warm it in the microwave ON LOW FOR 30 SECONDS.
