Package arrived in good condition. It’s supposed to be a massager but feels more like electric stimulation. I have had this kind of treatment in my chiropractors office for sore muscles so I’m not sure how it’s supposed to iron up your neck. There isn’t any stimulating under neck, only at sides of neck. I haven’t used long enough, only one week so I’m not sure if it really does what it says. If it does I’ll write back so people can know. Package arrived in good condition.
