Initial thoughts are good. The monoscope looks and performs like a more expensive model. So far I like the holder to allow the use of your cell phone to take picture. Monocular made from very sturdy material.
View through lense is excelent.
Stand is cheap and made of plastic, but holds monocular and phone steady.
overall, very good value for money.
