I havent installed it yet but it appears to be made of good quality. It was shipped well protected and on time. When I showed my contractor he said all the pieces needed to install it were included. A lot of people love this faucets because it looks like a faucet if it gets dirty you will not see the dirt as much as a chrome faucet because it is a brass brownish color. I was a little nervous about ordering the faucet since I had seen very similar items for several hundred dollars but Im so glad I took a chance! The bamboo design with the waterfall spout was exactly what I had been looking for beautiful, well made, and perfect in my new bathroom! I showed it to a friend who wanted a similar look and she immediately ordered the same faucet. My only complaint is that you dont have matching towel bars! I would absolutely recommend this faucet!
