We were looking for unique products. Light in the Box definitely had some very unique items. We made the order and realized it was being shipped from China. We were super impressed with the process. They supply you with a tracking # that actually shows where the package. It took about a week to get through customs.

The faucet was here very quickly. Once ordered, I found out coming from China, so I resigned myself to a long wait. However, it came by DSL and every movement was reported to me. It got here in less than a week. As far as the faucet, pretty sturdy, and hoses came with it. Ill after faucet installed. Love the brushed nickel. The faucet was here very quickly.
