My experience with Lightinthebox.com was great. The Pop Up Drain works great.

We ordered the Pop Up drawing to go with our LED Two Handles Crome Finish Hydroelectric Waterfall Sink Faucet and the ordering and shipping process was easy and tracking the shipping was simple. The item comes from China so it had to go through customs (maybe this is the process for everything), but even tracking it in and out of customs was straight forward. It took a while to get here but we knew that when we ordered the faucet.

The description was of the drain was perfect. It took me a while when shopping to find the correct drain since I was replacing a faucet that had the Pull Up lever for the drain and I was concerned that the faucet did not have the same design. However, when I found that this drain was a pop up (push down) drain, I knew it would work great.

The drain and faucet match perfectly too. The description says Brass but it is Chrome covered and hence matches the faucet. The drain was much easier to install then the one I was replacing as well (BONUS). You simply disassemble the drain when it arrives and put it back together in the sink with some plumbers putty. Tighten it and you are DONE. Nothing to be connected to the faucet lever mechanism for pulling up or pushing down the drain from the faucet. The drain plug is spring loaded so you push down and it locks closed and push again and it pops open. Simple and easy. My experience with Lightinthebox.com was great. The Pop Up Drain works great.

After I ordered I was concerned that I would not receive the product within the specified time frame particularly after their was a delay (PO Box addresses cannot be used for courier delivery). However, Lightinthebox came through and delivered within the timeframe on their website and I was able to proceed according to plan. The product was pack well and matched my expectations based off what I had seen on the website.
