Delivery was fine but when I went to use the vacuum it just didnt go. My husband took it apart. There was a wire that was disconnected and the spring had fallen loose. Luckily it was fixed with soldering the wire back on and re fixing the spring. It now works really well and I am very happy with it. Nice and light and comfortable to hold.
