first, they came in a squished box, it wasn’t horrid but I was concerned something may have happened to them but they were okay. Now - honestly, they’re very muffled and after a little bit they only get worse I got these for Christmas and it’s now the 27th, I’ve used them twice and I can barely hear the audio at full volume. It says they’re near full charge too so I don’t think it’s them being low on percentage either - so if I’m doing something wrong I need to know because I just can’t roll with these if I can’t even hear my music.

EDIT!!: I GOT THEM WORKING BETTER. I don’t know how but now they’re actually really loud and I am so happy about that!! I charged them up so see if it was the battery and I guess that worked?? Came on the 10th and they told me it would be between the 10th and the 15th! The sound quality is too good, I have to have it on volume 1 or I’ll go deaf. Charges super quick and looks great.
