Quality and look far exceeded expectations for the low price. These faucets look great, although we opted to not use the plastic eye inserts. They arrived well packaged although a sharp edge fin poked thru there was no damage. Quality water lines were also included and install was easy. Shipping worked great and was able to track DHL progress except notations were not very clear at times. Shipper held package and extra day but it arrived just in time for install.
