My order took about 10 days to arrive and came packaged neatly in a box with good quality padding so nothing was scratched or damaged during shipping. One of the tiny rubber seals was missing from my order but I easily found a replacement at my local hardware store. I was nervous about ordering fixtures online because I, like most people, have received items online that looked nothing like their display photos however everything exceeded my expectations for once! I will be ordering again soon. the fixture looks a little dingy from drywall dust p.s. the shower must me installed by a knowledgeable plumber!
