first, they came in a squished box, it wasn’t horrid but I was concerned something may have happened to them but they were okay. Now - honestly, they’re very muffled and after a little bit they only get worse I got these for Christmas and it’s now the 27th, I’ve used them twice and I can barely hear the audio at full volume. It says they’re near full charge too so I don’t think it’s them being low on percentage either - so if I’m doing something wrong I need to know because I just can’t roll with these if I can’t even hear my music.
EDIT!!: I GOT THEM WORKING BETTER. I don’t know how but now they’re actually really loud and I am so happy about that!! I charged them up so see if it was the battery and I guess that worked?? So pretty much you have to keep them real charged to be able to blast music in your ears haha

Came on the 10th and they told me it would be between the 10th and the 15th! The sound quality is too good, I have to have it on volume 1 or I’ll go deaf. Charges super quick and looks great.
