These are quite a bit brighter than I thought, which is good. I actually didnt order them to wear as earrings, so am still working on the light-up reindeer noses using clear red bulbs and these earrings. My Grandkids loved these LED light-up earrings. I came back and bought all of the colors for both of the Grandkids. My older really liked the changing color ones that she wear to school around Christmas. I was so happy that I took a chance on these. Couldnt have found anything that they would have liked better. Looks expensive but is a very reasonable price. First I bought 1 white for myself then i bought 3 more white and 1 multicolor as a gift. Glowing in the dark.
