I received the product in a good condition. I tested and it worked perfectly well. Also, the 20 seconds heating is accurate. I recommend this product for everyone. Its ok ... didnt realise it came with an American plug so had to buy separately an adapter. Otherwise works perfectly fine. Took long to arrive with no communication in between but came finally!!
