I loved it because I prepared scrambled eggs and pancakes. Both foods cooked very well and did not stick. To prevent them from sticking, use spray butter. This is a great little pan!???? I was skeptical about non-stick…the egg spilled the middle and then when cooked fell out!???? Any one who likes egg McMuffin sandwiches needs this pat! Than you???? Great, as described, very good quality, finally I can make 4 eggs at the same time, I was a little worried thinking how to flip the eggs because there is no room for a spatula but only with a fork you can flip them very easily because the pan is non stick at all, very happy with my purchase.
