| Item exactly as pictured and described - solid, heavy brass components, looks to be great quality for the price. Well packaged and appears complete in the box. Have not installed it yet. Only concern was the instruction booklet in the box is tiny and had very basic installation diagrams for a number of different taps and other plumbing products in it, but did not contain a page that was specific to this particular shower system. | |

| We feel the product with its polished brass finish to be of good quality and fits the description of the item. It may be more prudent in the description box prior to ordering, a full and concise description of the finish. In Australia the acronym for Polished Brass is PB and Brushed Brass is BP. I believe this is an issue with Light In The Box in this instance hopefully. | |
