My order took a while to arrive I placed the order at the end of August and arrival was October 8th. Other than waiting for my order, everything went smoothly. The parcel arrived in good condition, the faucet is exactly how it is advertised. I did not have additional delivery fees. I knew what the faucet was supposed to look like, but it is so much more beautiful in person. The black color is deep and rich and the rose control is rose - not pink. I was concerned about the controller being too pink, so I am very relieved. My husband likes the idea of the water coming our in a sheet and not a stream like regular faucets. He even appreciated the beauty of it. We havent installed it yet, but it will go beautifully with the black granite sink that is also waiting to be installed.
