I purchased a color changing LED waterfall bathroom sink faucet from the website at 21:00 hrs on a friday evening and received confirmation immediately that my product would be despatched to me in 5 working days. Wednesday morning bright and early i was awoken from my bed to receive my order. I am so delighted with the look and feel of the product, that ive put off installation until i can redesign the bathroom area to accommodate this show piece.I am sure that it will help in healing my life. I ordered the colour changing LED waterfall bathroom sink faucet on the 100212 and it arrived as promised, five days later. However, i was taken aback by the company delivering requesting duty charges of £20.08. It is the first time that i have purchased from this website, and whilst i cannot fault their customer service, im still alittle complexed as to how i managed to place an order and completely did not see this charge. You have such a wonderful product, that i think it would be more prudent to include all charges in the price, even if its not collected by yourselves. I have not had a chance to fit the above product as yet, but im sure it will prove a welcome addition to my bathroom. Despite the difficulty ive experienced trying to contact customer services directly, i would have have no issue in recommending this company, because their service has been first class and prompt. CEST TROP GENIAL ! cest le top , la qualité est vraiment là pour 57 euros moi jen reviens pas ! il indique si leau est froide en bleu , chaude en vert , tres chaud en rouge et bouillant le rouge clignote.Du coup toute ma famille va le commander aussi ! Fantastic !! Looks amazing..... Going to get two more for my other bathroom, only they have put the price up... One prop the wire had to be cut and a joiner block put on because the battery box would not fit in the sink tap whole. In the picture it shows that it comes apart but it doesnt, but we got over it.
