We did use a professional plumber to install and he said this set was pretty straight forward for installation. Works perfectly and handles turn well. The water flow is great. Love the look of this faucet in our bathroom. The spout is long enough to extend to our soaking tub from the wall. Customer Service is helpful and outstanding. Ordered this faucet for use during a bathroom remodel. The spout is long - which is great - and the gold color is exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was quick to remediate a small issue.
