| This is a good health monitoring smartwatch. The number of health monitoring features is very good. The fitness monitor, especially if tracking calories, is terrible. I have been monitoring calories for over 17 years using multiple monitors. On average I burn about 230 calories during a 26 minute workout. I have been using this watch for 2 weeks and the average calorie is 60. That is 170 less calories and is unacceptable. If I go to a calorie counting web site and use the average heart rate the watch has, the calorie is well over 200. The algorithm this watch uses to calculate calories is wrong and needs to be changed. Another issue with the watch is the activity feature. The documentation shows that this feature should show calories burned, distance and steps. There are 3 bars on this feature that should show progress for each item it is tracking. The watch shows calories, heart rate, and steps. The 3 bars are fixed and never change. This shows a real sloppiness and a lack of quality control for the development of this watch. This needs to be changed so distance is tracked instead of heart rate and the bars need to show progress. A minor issue is the heart monitor feature shows body temperature, blood oxygen, hours slept. A fourth feature show a body and a heart, but the number it shows does not make any sense. It has been as low as 14 and as high as 45, so it is not heart rate. It is also not heart rate variation HRV, so I am not sure what the number is showing. If you are looking for a health monitor and don’t care about calorie tracking, this is a good watch. I hope the company that makes this watch sees this review and does an to the calorie tracking algorithm and the activity feature. If they do that I would give this product a much better review. | |

| I ordered, 2 cameras with POE, however when connect to my NVR or DVR unable to connect because it need external power, which mean no POE ! The IP address very hard to pickup and I can not find the right software to allocate what its default IP address. | |
