I bought this dual dash camera for my son\s car few weeks ago and it has turned out to be an excellent product. The box came with all the necessary wire and items to be able to install the camera effectively. The product is of good quality and value to install it in all of our cars. I recommend it. Initial trial of the camera and the 64 gig micro SD has provided fairly good image files. Must retrieve the images using a PC and accessing the DCIM storage file location through the connection on the camera. The mount holds well to the windshield though the connection of the camera to the mount is loose and cannot be tightened. For the price, the product delivers what you need. I have three in use over the past several months and have ordered two more as Christmas gifts. The memory card is required and having several will allow quick removal if there is video to review. I purchased a separate USB power cable so that I could use the USB jack for camera power and rout the cord permanently. Using the 64 gig card captures roughly several weeks of video data, forward facing and rear facing camera files. Once the card is full the files overwrite the oldest files. Image capture is in par with most other HD cameras but to view the captured image files you will need to connect to your smart TV or PC. I dont use the camera for non-driving capture so I cant comment on the working features for motion or shock video trigger. Only problem with the mount is the turn swivel is loose and cannot be tightened so, if bumped, the camera easily turns from left to right. For the price this works well for my needs.
