This watch sends out an ultrasonic pulse when you are wearing it. It has several settings, you just have to setup the setting that is best for you. It has soft, normal & strong and you can choose the pulse that best suits you. Ive choose easy at 10m. I thought I would need something a little bit strong, but this little device really put me to sleep. It is used for people who cant sleep caused by issues of insomnia. Possibly one of the best things I’ve ever bought! Having suffered from insomnia for years, I’ve tried all sorts of remedies but finally I’ve had success. After about a week or so this wonderful bit of kit has finally resolved my sleep problem. I’ve even tested it by doing without one night and had a miserable time. No more pills for me.
